RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION + NO SHOW

 

We reserve appointment times especially for you. We sincerely ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice with any Botox or filler appointment and a 24 hour cancellation notice with any skincare or hair appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.

 

We require all appointments to provide a credit card to keep on file. All appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged half of the cost of the booked service. All no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service. We send out text reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before all scheduled appointments. Please notify us to avoid being unnecessarily charged.

Botox and filler appointments that cancel less than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 fee. Any cancellation less than 24 or no show appointments will be subject to a $100 fee.

All unpaid invoices must be paid before you are able to reschedule your appointment.

DEPOSITS FOR NO SHOW

After two no show appointments, payment for the booked service is required at the time of scheduling. The full amount will be applied to your service. A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested to avoid forfeiting half of your deposit. Missed appointments will result in the loss of the full deposit.

 

CHILD(REN) POLICY

For the safety and protection of our clients, children are no longer allowed in the studio. Please plan to reschedule your appointment if you can not secure a sitter.

ACCOMPANYING GUEST

Due to the intimate nature of our services, we allow only one guest per client in the studio.
